General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for orders via www.klassefraumode.com.
In the following we would like to introduce you to our general terms and conditions, which we use as a basis for processing and handling your purchase. We offer you a personalized shopping and service experience tailored to your interests and needs.
The offers on our website www.klassefraumode.com are aimed exclusively at consumers who complete the purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity.
1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
1.1 By placing an order, you agree that you are acting solely for private purposes. Delivery is only in normal household quantities.
1.2 We conclude contracts via www.klassefraumode.com exclusively in German.
1.3 By clicking the "Buy with costs" button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after you have sent the order. A binding contract is formed upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that the ordered goods will be delivered as soon as we have received payment of the full purchase price and any shipping costs. We therefore ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, but no later than within 7 days.
1.4 You agree to the assignment of the seller's claims for payment of the purchase price to third parties.
1.5 We deliver orders within Austria and Germany. If working days are given as deadlines, we mean all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, with the exception of public holidays.
1.6 We reserve the right to refuse an order or to cancel the order if this order is processed by software, a machine, a crawler, a spider or other automatic web programs or scripted behavior systems or by using the services of third parties , used to place orders on your behalf.
2. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
2.1 The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices given are final prices plus shipping costs, i.e. they include the applicable statutory value added tax. The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
2.2 The shipping costs per order and delivery address are € 6.99 in Austria and € 11.90 to Germany. Including the applicable statutory value-added tax.
2.3 Goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive.
2.4 If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller announced the service to him a reasonable time in advance would have. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the costs for the delivery if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. If the customer effectively exercises the right of cancellation, the regulation made in the seller's cancellation policy applies to the return costs.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Basically, we offer the payment methods credit card and Paypal. With every order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.
3.2 In the case of a purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when we send the order.
3.3 You agree that you will only receive invoices and credit notes in electronic form.
3.4 In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your data, KLASSEFRAU Fashion uses the latest encryption techniques such as e.g. B. the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a standard protocol recognized on the Internet that ensures secure data exchange. All order data, including your credit card data, is transmitted to KLASSEFRAU Mode exclusively in encrypted form.
4. PROMOTION VOUCHERS AND THEIR REDEMPTION
4.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but that we issue as part of advertising campaigns with a specific period of validity.
4.2 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified period and only once as part of an order process. Individual brands may be excluded from the voucher campaign. Please note that promotional vouchers may be linked to a minimum order value.
4.3 The value of the goods must at least correspond to the amount of the promotional voucher. A difference to a higher value of goods can be compensated with the offered payment options. The value of a promotional voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it earn interest. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part.
4.4 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher cannot be transferred to third parties. Several promotional vouchers cannot be combined.
4.5 If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you keep if - due to your revocation - the total value of the order falls below the respective value of the promotional voucher.
5. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Cancellation policy:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement ( e.g. a letter or e-mail) or verbally (e.g. by telephone) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this. However, this is not mandatory. You can also use the contact form on our website to electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear declaration. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of your revocation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you, in the case of a partial return, minus the shipping costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract . For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The goods should be in unworn, unwashed and unsoiled condition.
We will refund the value of the goods after receipt and inspection of the return.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Attention: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. Furthermore, you are not entitled to the right of cancellation in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
5.2 Returns and Refunds
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You can return unworn, unwashed and unsoiled goods within 14 days.
We will refund the value of the goods after receipt and inspection of the return.
We will automatically arrange any repayments to the account you used for payment. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.
6. LEGAL WARRANTY AND OTHER INFORMATION
6.1 For KLASSEFRAU fashion items, you have the statutory warranty claims, with the proviso that the lack of newness of the goods is not a defect, and signs of use, as they are to be expected, do not constitute a defect.
6.2 The use of the available offers is possible for people who are at least 18 years old.
6.3 Each customer is only entitled to maintain one customer account with KLASSEFRAU Mode at the same time. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations.
6.4 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find under the link http://ec.europa.eu/odr . This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts in which a consumer is involved.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
6.5 We own all image rights. Even partial use of images is not permitted without our express consent.
