You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The goods should be in unworn, unwashed and unsoiled condition. 

We will refund the value of the goods after receipt and inspection of the return.

We will automatically initiate any repayments to the account you used for payment. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.
